Yoga for Restless Leg Syndrome

Anyone else out there struggle to get to sleep because of RLS? I’ve found that these poses make a huge difference for me. I spend about 5 minutes before bed stretching out my legs and opening my hips. This is the flow that helps me fall asleep!

Well this is lovely and not just for RLS, but other nerve/back issues. Awesome!
